CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree with minimum 5 years of work experience in IT
• 1-2 years of experience in leading a team
• Good level of English.Italian language knowledge is an advantage.
• A team-player
• Good oral and written communication skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities may include:
• Coordinate the activity of a team of Cobol developers
• Design, code and test program or application modules that meet design specification
• Participate in execution and documentation of tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements
• Contribute to a high-performing motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and co-operative skills
• Assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
• Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work |
