| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree required
Experience of dealing with management
Understanding of broad spectrum of Business Continuity Management
Confidence to operate effectively with the management level
Excellent communication skills
Good facilitation skills and confident presenter
Advanced report writing skills
Functional competencies in: Service Level Agreement, Business Process Outsourcing, eSCM, Project Management, Excel, Technology
Good English language skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Consolidates, cross checks the data and information received from internal suppliers or retrieved from Helpdesk system and produces the Service Performance Reports
Participates in performance reviews with Supplier side and Customer side
Tracks and follows the improvement actions
Participates in identified improvement projects
Collects the management issues and assigns for resolution
Develops and maintains the Bucharest center Business Continuity Plan, including the crisis plan and IT Disaster Recovery Plan
Reports and shares lessons learned and tips to the other Business Continuity Leads
Distributes Business Continuity Management news, updates, initiatives and directions from Global Business Continuity Plan to operations unit Business Continuity Plan representatives
Creates Business Continuity Plan knowledge resources by conducting Business Continuity Plan training at different levels for the Business Process Outsourcing operations
Conducts tests of all Business Process Outsourcing units, the LMT Plan and ITDR Plan at least annually
Ensures that knowledge and Business Continuity Management skills remain current with best practices and policies
Submits weekly status reports to the Global Business Continuity Management Lead
In the event of an interruption to business, provides support to resolve issues
Maintains all current documentation on the Business Continuity website
Monitors the suitability of the recovery solutions (buildings and equipment) and ensures at all times the recovery strategies agreed can be effected
