| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in business administration or law or appropriate apprenticeship
Basic skills in Finance/Accounting/Expatriate Tax
Immigration knowledge
Project management skills
Advanced skills in MS Office software and Lotus Notes databases
Fluent in English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Educate project management on immigration, international policy entitlements and cost implications of assignees
Maintain global database (RMS Connect)
Liaise with RMS colleagues overseas on assignees
Determine local tax status of assignees based on the expected assignment period and Collection of Days data
Co-ordinate tax filings and equalization preparation for cross-border assignees with local tax service provider, where applicable
Implement RMS processes for project allocation / geographical area
Liaise with project management and Controlling on a monthly basis to update on arrivals/departures and costing
Interface with Finance to allocate all actual tax costs, tax compliance fees and hypothetical tax credits to accrual accounts as incurred
If immigration is required initiate services with vendor and monitor work permit receipt
If shipping is required initiate services with vendor and approve fee
If schooling/home search is required initiate services with vendor and approve fee
