| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum High School degree
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in French and English
Good client handling skills
Good communication skills, both written and oral
PC Literate
Ability to follow process instructions accurately
Willing to perform repetitive activities
Problem solving and analysis skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
A Recruitment Analyst is accountable for using proven technologies and processes to succesfully source potential candidates.
Key responsibilities may include:
Assist team members in sourcing strategies
Collaborates with sourcing team members and ensure that the work allocated is completed
Needs to adhere to the process flow and maintain dilligence
Assist Team Lead with checks for process quality of all team members
Assist Team Lead with the administrative tasks of the team
Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
