Recruitment analyst with French

• Minimum High School degree
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Good client handling skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• PC Literate
• Ability to follow process instructions accurately
• Willing to perform repetitive activities
• Problem solving and analysis skills

A Recruitment Analyst is accountable for using proven technologies and processes to succesfully source potential candidates.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Assist team members in sourcing strategies
• Collaborates with sourcing team members and ensure that the work allocated is completed
• Needs to adhere to the process flow and maintain dilligence
• Assist Team Lead with checks for process quality of all team members
• Assist Team Lead with the administrative tasks of the team
• Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
