RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Design and development of quality related initiatives (eSCM) and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
Support Business and functional team to achieve quality objectives.
Imparting basic training to personnel on quality related initiatives to percolate quality across the organization and building a Quality Culture.
Track and report performance on organizational objectives and engagement objectives (Balanced Scorecard) & drive productivity score of the assigned project on a regular basis
Support deals to track and act upon end customer feedback of the assigned deals
Support Quality & CI managers in tracking performance against organization objectives and completion of Balanced Score card
Work with Service Delivery Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing , enhancing and sharing quality best practices
Helps business to realize business value through quality standards certifications
Evaluates defined processes for improvements, and makes necessary changes to make them more business relevant
Conduct Quality audits to ensure the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively
Carry out quality audits and ensure that the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively
Co-ordinate quality and internal control audits such as SAS70
