| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The Policy Administration Officer is responsible for processing producer’s requests and questions.
• University Degree
• 2+ years of experience in policy handling in Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial lines
• Experience in computer processing and in customer support
• Customer service skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization/ administration skills
• Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in French and/or Italian for client interaction
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Manage all inquiry media (phone call, e-mail, fax)
• Answer producer inquires and customer demand
• Send information to the producer (renewal and cancellation) and/ or customer (renewal only)
• Process manual renewal/cancellation/endorsement information update
• Rout producer inquiry or customer demand to the relevant interlocutor
