Operations Manager (Insurance Industry)

Senior Position with strong leadership requirements
Ability to
oManage executives relationship
oManage a delivery centre
oManage and motivate a service delivery team (20+ people)
Strong operation experience acquired through the management of a delivery centre (5+ years), preferably in the insurance area in a process based environment with skills in:
oProcess definition and implementation
oPerformance measurement and targets (SLAs and KPIs)
oContinuous improvement and quality management
o Replicating best practices across countries or industries
Perfect knowledge of verbal and written English
Strong Customer Support
Experience in IT Support in relation of the use of an IT system.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
Strong Organization/administration skills
Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress

Ensure services are aligned with SLAs and produce Service Reporting to AIG and ACN management in the following areas:
oInsurance processes administration
oApplication maintenance services
oHosting services
Ensure service enhancement and optimization is proposed and implemented through the appropriate continuous improvement and quality management approach
Ensure financials are aligned with Plan and Produce Financial Reporting for Accenture management
Ensure Customer satisfaction is aligned with business and operational expectations.
Manage high level day to day relationships with AIG and Accenture. Establish an highly effective working relationship with AIG Regional Manager
Manage and optimize Unit organization
Lead and motivate team
