CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The Office Assistant is responsible for documents reception, digitalization, pre-sorting and pre-assigning to the correct file.

• 1+ years of experience in an IT support department (if possible in Insurance business)
• Previous experience if possible in office work and in computer processing
• Ability to use an IT system in English
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization/ administration skills • Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
• Ability to understand clearly the producers’ and customers’ written language: French and/or Italian
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Manage all inquiry media (phone call, e-mail, fax)
• Pre-sort and pre-affect the document to the different teams (claims/policy administration, finance) • Scan the mailed documents (digitalization process)
• Manage the e-mail sorting on the collective folders
