CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•Medium knowledge of French. Capable of understanding French written documents.
•Medium knowledge of English.
•Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
•Good organisational skills essential together with a methodical approach.
•Attentive to details.
•Data entry experience is an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Deciphers and transcribes data from multiple source documents and/or phone calls according to Company and project standards.
•Interprets, consolidates and matches information from more than one original document and /or phone call, ensuring final product is comprehensible
•Input of various documents including purchase invoices, statements et al into the system
•Verification that documents are captured correctly. Corrects erroneous items or codes and missing information.
•Performs required billing of customers and job tracking utilizing a computer and workflow software
