| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• IT, Telecommunications or Computer Science educational background
• working experience in IT
• quality standards knowledge would be an advantage
• WAN / LAN / voice data systems & application architecture / circuits / telecom knowledge
• Cisco certification would be an advantage
• quality standards knowledge would be an advantage
• fluent in English (spoken & written)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Works closely with the other IT teams within the organizations at the operational front, to meet reporting, performance and functionality requirements of the BPO deals
• Support global program implementation (ex: ISO27001)
• Support reporting manager on priority items like IT Service Management and Performance Reporting on technology infrastructure, IT Security etc
• Assists other IT members to meet functional objectives
