JAVA Senior Programmer

Technical knowledge

• Object Oriented Technology
• Relation Databases (i.e. Oracle)
• Deep Java language knowledge
• Practical SQL knowledge
• DB Administration skills (desired)
• J2EE knowledge (at least: JSP, Servlet, JDBC, EJB, JNDI)
• Capable of deploying a whole enterprise application
• At least one of the following framework: Struts, Spring, Log4j, JReport,
• Web Server and Application Server (Apache/Tomcat, WebLogic etc)
• At least one of following IDEs: JBuilder, Eclipse, NetBean
• XML and XSLT
• Good UML knowledge
• Capable of realizing architectural design
• Capable of realizing technical detailed design that meets architectural and analysis specification
• Capable of realizing and executing Unit Test and Assembly Test

Professional Qualities

• Good level speaking skills in English or in Italian
• Good oral and written communication skills
• A team-player
• Flexibility
• Capable of leading a small group younger mates
• Willingness to travel (on exceptional basis)
• Contribute to a high-performing motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and co-operative skills
• Assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
• Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work

Qualifications

• Recognizable seniority of at least 4 years
• At least three big Java project participation

The candidate will work on challenge projects with many people and technologies involved.
