| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- 2+ years of experience in managing an IT operation team with competency in computer processing and in customer support;
- Experience in IT management / Outsourcing would be an advantage
- Technical competency in IT;
- Technical competency in Property and Casualty would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to work on different problems simultaneously;
- Excellent English/ French or Italian would be an advantage. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
