| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The IT Help Desk Officer is responsible for delivering users IT support and facilities.
• 2+ years of experience in an IT Property and Casualty Insurance Department (application maintenance) • Experience in computer processing and in customer support
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization/ administration skills
• Good problem solving skills • Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
• Ability to understand clearly the producers’ and customers’ written language: French and/or Italian
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Manage all inquiry media (phone call, e-mail, fax)
• Unblock IT users’ situations on phone • Provide and maintain portfolio monitoring preformatted or on-demanded data and reports
• Provide operational reporting • Provide and maintain printing facilities
