- Works with the deals and support functions on asset identification, risk management and updating the Assets to ensure that there is a periodic asset valuation and risk assessment
- Work with the deals, offering relevant support to implement the client specific data security requirements
- Follows up with the deal teams to ensure that the vulnerability controls are implemented
- Provides guidance to the client teams for solutions to reduce exposure to information security
- Provides training to deal SPOC’s on Information security processes and policies. Also provide training to new joiners
- Provides feedback to enhance the procedure for information security and the templates for information security checklists
- Provides status on information security status to update in the management review meeting
- Perform audits as per audit schedule defined and submit clear and accurate reporting of the findings; work with the teams to implement corrective actions
- Ensure that the deals and support functions are compliant to the ISO 27001 and other data security requirements defined by the certification bodies that BPO is getting certified for
