HR Entry Level (with French)

• University graduate
• Fluent in English and French
• Good Client handling skills.
• Good communications, written and oral.
• PC Literate.
• Ability to follow process instructions accurately.
• Willing to perform repetitive activities.
• Problem solving and analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach.
• Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Develop best practices in the recruitment and adiministrative processes.
• Offer telephone information for Accenture clients
• The role assists the Team Lead with integration of client’s service measures into daily operational procedures.
• The role completes varied tasks in HR area and operates within set guidelines under the direction of the Team Lead.
• This role also utilises proven technologies and processes to successfully identify potential candidates for prequalification/credentials assessment.
• Finally, this role exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.
