CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Bachelor degree level
min. 1 year of relevant experience
Fluent in English and French
Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing
Experience in HR Operations (advantage)
Good client handling skills
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
Self motivated, positive attitude and approach |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities may include:
Offer information by telephone / e-mail to Accenture clients to resolve HR issues
Provide feed-back to Team Leaders
Trend frequent escalation types and share suggestions with peer group
Support and work with Quality Associate to identify strenghts/areas of improvement to team members
Identify training needs for team and individuals through monitoring, escalations and desk reviews
Work with Team Leaders to develop specific job aides as needs arise |
