CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Bachelor degree level
• min. 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and French
• Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing
• Experience in HR Operations (advantage)
• Good client handling skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Self motivated, positive attitude and approach


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Key responsibilities may include:


• Offer information by telephone / e-mail to Accenture clients to resolve HR issues
• Provide feed-back to Team Leaders
• Trend frequent escalation types and share suggestions with peer group
• Support and work with Quality Associate to identify strenghts/areas of improvement to team members
• Identify training needs for team and individuals through monitoring, escalations and desk reviews
• Work with Team Leaders to develop specific job aides as needs arise
