Finance Manager (with French) - located in Prague

Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting
6+ years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated financial management expertise and expert knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience on consulting or outsourcing client engagements is a plus
Team management and strong supervisory skills
Excellent analytical, organizational & multi-tasking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of both French and English

Manage service delivery and supervise Client Finance Management team (recruitment, training, setting & supervising performance criteria, etc.)
Provide high-level support for all financial and contractual discussions with the client
Estimate inventory and receivables reserve requirements for engagement(s), monitor adequacy of inventory & receivables, perform asset management of all inventory & receivables, and explain anomalies
Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and engagement metrics, lead monthly financial reviews with partners and advise management in decision making
Secure agreement on budgets, and on targets for KPI’s for financial reporting
Monitor engagement financial records, status and costs, perform financial forecasting and analysis, and produce financial reports
Identify and implement appropriate procedures to improve responsibility accounting and reporting
Work closely with client and engagement partners, Client Group Finance Leads (or equivalent), and other Finance Operations executives (statutory accounting)

For the candidates who will relocate to Prague, there will be a relocation package (it contains one way flying ticket to Prague, bonus of one monthly salary gross and help with accommodation (which will be paid by the candidate).
The contract will be for an undetermined period of time.
