Entry Level Recruiter (with Italian) - urgently required

• Bachelor degree level
• Fluent in English and Italian

The Recruiter accountable for performing standard tasks to a high standard. The role is also accountable for the continued currency of the documentation and work instructions associated with those tasks.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Develop best practices in the recruitment processes.
• This role is responsible for executing the sourcing strategy for a client. The position will assist the Team Lead with the implementation of a specific set of recruitment plans based upon a client’s recruiting demand.
• The role assists the Team Lead with integration of client’s service measures into daily operational procedures.
• The role completes varied tasks in this area of responsibility and operates within set guidelines under the direction of the Team Lead.
• This role also utilises proven technologies and processes to successfully identify potential candidates for prequalification/credentials assessment.
• Finally, this role exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.
