CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Fluency in French and English both written and oral are required
4-5 years Supply Chain / Logistics or Customer Support or Commercial background, Retail Experience is advantage
Experience in working within a multinational environment
Strong negotiations and influencing skills
Customer facing experience: Person would need to be very comfortable and enjoy dealing with retailers and internal clients
Excellent organisational, verbal and written capabilities required with the ability to think creatively and strategically while proposing and following through on new initiatives
Product launch experience
Cross group collaboration, working with people and groups with different agendas
Experience of actively pursuing a continuous improvement agenda
End to end operational and order management experience

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Understand, analyse and negotiate on customer specific business and service level requirements and ensure solutions are developed that meet the needs of our customer wherever possible
Identify opportunities to reduce cost and/or improve the Customer Partner Experience
Manage issue resolution with customers including co-ordination and closure of short term and long term corrective actions
Deliver customer training/retraining on Client's tools and processes
Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager in country to deliver best in class service to Customers and Sales Team
Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met
Monitor order management performance
Manage customer orders and ensure a clean order book
Create country specific allocations plans at a customer account level
Build relationships with key counterparts in accounts
Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers
Monitor customer complaints and identify and action where necessary
