| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Bachelor degree level
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and French
• Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing
• Experience in HR Operations
• Project Management experience
• Process improvement experience
• Good client handling skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Self motivated, positive attitude and approach
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is accountable for performing all client related tasks, standard and non-standard, within specified service line to a high standard. The role is also a centre of competence for assigned services lines and clients giving advice and guidance to fellow team members and management on process and client related topics.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Provide day to day support to the team and the Team Manager to deliver a professional, high quality, cost effective service to the client, in accordance with agreed business and customer requirements.
• Provide support to the practices in Compensation and Benefits Team to maintain the registration to International Standards Organisation
• Take part and help facilitate in the constant reviewing of current practices to provide greater Compensation and Benefits Operations contribution and improvements for the client
• Participate in the development of opportunities to increase Compensation and Benefits contribution.
• Ensure all client data is kept secure. Be responsible for own and the team's compliance against Accenture’s and its client’s policies and procedures regarding client data security, client data confidentiality and data protection (including treatment of both Personal and Sensitive Personal Data).
