Cobol programmer

• University graduate with 1 year of work experience in IT
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Cobol I/II, SQL, S.O. MVS, DB2, TP Monitor CICS
• Medium level speaking skills in English. Italian language knowledge is an advantage.
• A team-player
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility
• Willingness to travel (on exceptional basis)

Key responsibilities may include:

• Design, code and test program or application modules that meet design specification
• Participate in execution and documentation of tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements
• Contribute to a high-performing motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and co-operative skills
• Assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
• Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work
