CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Good industry and accounting knowledge
• 5 years general management experience
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in Spanish for client interaction
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
• Proven leadership qualities, operating in challenging environments
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
• Strong customer service skills


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Finance Control and Assurance Service Delivery to the client
- Developing and delivering an Operating Plan in line with the Unit Strategy
- Communicating strategy and plans to direct reports
- Growing the business through extension of scope or new lines of business
- Managing all commercial aspects of the contract
- The performance management, training, motivation, interviewing and career development of all staff
- Developing strong and enduring relationships with client and its suppliers
- Managing the issue and pricing of Service Change Requests
- Managing demand, activity planning, and resource allocation
- Managing continuous improvement to create opportunity and headroom
- Monitoring and approving the service being provided
- Promoting the spirit and objectives of the arrangement
- Provide direction and support to the Customer Group Representatives
- Developing recommendations regarding modifications, enhancements or expansion of service
