Broker Finance Officer with French or Italian

The Broker Finance Officer is responsible for processing all the financial transactions with brokers.

• University Degree
• 2+ years of experience in Finance for Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial lines
• Experience in computer processing and in customer support
• Customer service skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization/ administration skills
• Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in French and/or Italian for client interaction
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction

• Provide data input on operating costs
• Data reconciliation between each part
• Manage billings and receivables
• Manage customer relationship directly or through brokers
• Manage producer relationship • Manage statutory reporting
