AR & Collections Team Lead with Portuguese or Spanish

• Medium knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish
• University Graduate

• Good Keyboard Skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Word
• Ability to provide Customer Service/manage Customer expectations.
• Experience of cash applications (advantage)

• To ensure that cash chasing and Cash Applications activities are effectively and professionally managed.
• Responsible for the associated credit control duties ensuring that cash is received in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the preparation of management reports.
• Provide support to Team Leader as required.
• Management of team to post and allocate cash accurately to client’s customer accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily contact by phone with customers to establish payments date and resolve queries
• Undertake highly complex collections, dealing with all the client’s ledgers.
