| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in fields such as IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science
• project management experience
• relevant working experience in IT
• WAN / LAN / voice data systems & application architecture / circuits / telecom knowledge
• quality standards knowledge would be an advantage
• excellent communication skills
• fluent in English (spoken & written)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Technology transition management
• Support global program implementation (ex: ISO27001)
• IT Financial management – BPO deal technology cost optimization and IT cost recovery
• Works closely with the other IT teams within the organizations at the operational front, to meet reporting, performance and functionality requirements of the BPO deals
• Support reporting manager on priority items like IT Service Management and Performance Reporting on technology infrastructure, IT Security etc
• Assists, as per need, other IT members to meet functional objectives
