Outsourcing manager - deputy of country manager

Requirements on candidate:

University education attained with economical specialization,

minimum of ten year experience in processing and supervision of accounting,

minimum of three year experience in tax return (VAT tax return, income tax return),

required languages: English – advanced,

experience or knowledge of accounting economy SW,

managerial experience,

very good communication and presentation skills and experience with working team leadership,

autonomous working, clear logical and systematical thinking

We are looking for an active, communicative, flexible, responsible and creative person, who wants to move ahead and is looking for a large-scaled work.

Job tasks:

managing the team of accounting and payroll services

managing accountancy projects and team of accountants and supervisors working on the project,

providing support by the set-up of cooperation system for new clients,

accountancy controlling for our international clients operating on the Romania market,

control of the VAT Return,

the yearly closing of books in cooperation with the accountants,

communication with clients, mostly in English language,

reporting for the clients,

meeting clients, preparation of proposals

IFRS reporting
