| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree Computer Science (or related).
Minimum two years programming experience in JAVA.
Good understanding of object oriented concepts.
Experience in one of the following areas:
-J2EE Framework and Application Servers,
-JSP/Struts/Web frameworks.
-Swing.
Experience with ORACLE or MS SQL-Server.
Skills in problem-solving, follow-up, and time management.
Experience implementing or supporting large enterprise software solutions.
Experience in diagnosing and fixing problems in complex software systems.
Capability to communicate effectively with customers of varying levels of technical ability, and commitment to providing them with prompt solutions.
Self-starter, highly motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Good command of the English language
