CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* University Degree
* At least 1-2 years previous experience as trainer
* English proficiency (another foreign language would be a plus)
* Computer skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dead lines
* Customer focus
* Very good communication skills
* Presentations skills
* Accurate and well organized working style

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Develop and review training materials for Contact Center employees;
* Sustain training sessions for Contact Center employees;
* Develop follow-up programs for training;
* Ensure that all Contact Center employees apply new training information in practice;
* Periodically review and update Contact Center - Consumer Banking Intranet Page;
* To be up to date with any change in Contact Center procedures and processes, review and update training materials and Intranet page accordingly and inform Contact Center staff about these changes
* Ensures appropriate communications with stakeholders in relationship to his/her Customer Operations discipline.
