Telesales / Call Center Representative

Professional qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of English is a must, especially verbal

Job requirements:
• Telesales experience or customer care experience would be a plus

Key responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets providing courteous and efficient information regarding products & services offered both to existing or potential customers.
• Identifies customer’s need and interest, finds and presents the optimal solution that meet his needs and requirements
• Identifies potential customer opportunity to deepen customer relationship (cross-sell).
• Applies communication and sales techniques to find, win and keep customers from the defined target group
• Proactively cross-sells products and services to customer base;
• Maintains a superior Customer Service attitude at all times and under any circumstance with the customer;
• Keeps strict confidentiality of all operations and discussions with clients
• Verifies the documents received and makes sure the application form is correctly filled, in order to have a correct and complete application file.
