CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* University Degree in Accounting and/or Economics;
* Minimum 3 years of Banking;
* Prior experience in accounting & reporting, credit administration or treasury back office is a plus, although not mandatory;
* Computer skills;
* Good knowledge of the Romanian accounting system;
* Understanding of credit products;
* Previous knowledge of Score accounting system is a plus;
* Good computer skills (knowledge of MS Access is a plus);
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
* Ability to pay attention to details;
* Good communication skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Ensure accurate and timely production and analysis of regulatory reporting according to requirements of local banking regulators including establishing procedure for collection of relevant and correct information from other departments;
* Provide advice and guidance to business and management of the bank in relation with the implementation and implications of the NBR rules; provide advice during the implementation of new products/new business lines as back-up of CA;
* Prepare loan portfolio classification and computation of provisions reports for NBR in compliance with the local rules and regulations, according to the deadlines requested by NBR;
* Prepare solvency and large exposures reports for NBR in compliance with the local rules and regulations, according to the deadlines requested by NBR;
* Effectively implement local regulatory financial accounting policies and procedures and ensure continuous monitoring for compliance.
