| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements
• University Degree
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good communication skills;
• Computer literacy;
• English proficient knowledge
• Good team player

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Major responsibilities
• Support and assist the Preferred Banking development;
• Co-ordinate the communication between all department involved;
• Reports on the sales activity of the Relationship Managers;
• Keeping track of the Marketing materials (order and distribution);
• Collaborating with the Marketing Department on their product campaigns;
• Organising Sales contests and activities for the Preferred Banking;
• Support in organising trainings for the RMs and relevan staff;
• Filling the official documents of the Department. Short translations where is needed;
• Preparing and taking minutes for the Preferred Banking minutes;
• Preparing different kind of written documents;
• Oranizing travel and accomodation for departamental employees
• Contact local and foreign ABN AMRO employees in regards of know-how exchange
• Assist in organising departamental events
• Supports sales process within branches
• Supports hiring process within Preferred Banking
