| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* University Degree (preferably in Economics)
* MBA is a plus
* Minimum 3 years in banking environment
* Sales experience with large multinational / financial company
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Knowledge of Italian language is a plus
* Good knowledge of local market
* Excellent selling and time management skills
* Very good team player
* Performance oriented person
* Tenacity and accuracy.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* To develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships. To initiate new client relationship in accordance with the company strategy
* To monitor relationship changes in activity, solving issues pro-actively
* To assist and support Branch Manager in business development
* Product Development. Constantly provide feedback to Product Sales Units regarding new products/customized products required by the customer.
* To initiate credit facility proposals and credit information collection process based on thorough analysis of corporate customers
* To initiate client profile description and update of call reports as well as capital allocation documentation according to procedure
* To monitor legal aspects of client relationships (client legal files, compliance issues, third party legal disputes, etc).
