Professional qualifications:
• University degree / student
Job requirements:
• Good knowledge of English; another language would be an advantage;
• Diplomacy and patience, ability to deal with persistent people;
• Pleasant and professional appearance
Personal Skills:
• Good communication skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• welcome clients and connect them with the right persons using very nice telephone manner ;
• Welcome customers at the Reception Desk;
• Periodically updating the intranet database containing the extensions for AA phones;
• Keeping a monthly evidence for the telephone costs and arranging them in tables on departments;
• Sorting/distribution of reports delivered by EDP;
• Registration of incoming documents and correspondence when necessary;
• Deliver all incoming mail to AA staff;
• Sort and deliver newspapers;
• Assist Marketing department with translations of various documents and brochures;
• Support Customer Desk and all Business Units of AA Romania.
• All departments of AA Bucharest;
• AA Romania clients.
