| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* University Degree, preferable in Economic IT
* 2-3 years experience in a similar position within a bank
* Ability to understand rapidly the systems used in the bank and the interrelationships existing among different processes and these systems
* Very good understanding of banking activities and products
* Very good knowledge of database applications (Oracle, Access), database design and application development
* Very good knowledge of reporting tools: Access, Oracle
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dead lines
* Accurate and excellent organized working style
* Strong analytical skills, problem solver
* Team-spirit, hard worker
* Very good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Ensure accurate and timely production of Management Information reports per different dimensions: product type, client type, distribution channels, locations, etc.
* Ensure proper analysis and consistency of data reported to different beneficiaries (either local or from Head Office)
* Ensure reconciliation of financial reporting to management reporting for Head Office reporting purposes
* Ensure timely implementation of the proper algorithms for the calculation of profitability
