• Printing statements and debit advice from SCORE;
• Assist all departments within AA Bucharest with courier shipments ( DHL/ UPS etc.);
• Pick-up incoming mail from the post office, register and distribute it to AA Staff;
• Ensure that the printer trays are always paper-fed as there is over-night printing;
• Handle, register, distribute all Consumer Banking correspondence to the staff;
• Deliver all Consumer Banking correspondence to the post office/couriers as necessary ;
• Deliver the stationary requests received by e-mail ;
• Receive, register and distribute “ mail by hand” brought by drivers;
• Responsible for documents and AirWayBills archiving;
• Help all AA Romania departments with packing/distribution/shipping of documents or parcels;
• Inter-office mail;
• Any tasks requesting by the mailing Supervisor, Line Manager and Head of Department;
• Overtime availability;
