Key responsibilities
· For portfolio of Business Banking Clients:
· Contribute to achieve team revenue performance versus targets through day-to-day sales support activities
· Support, in accordance with the business model, the preparation of credit proposals and reviews; participate in client meetings when necessary
· Provide on-boarding support
· Act as escalation point for incoming calls related to client management processes
· Proactively contribute to the ongoing process of internal flows and procedures improvement
· As part of Business Banking Sales force, support implementing Business Banking annual target market strategy and Business Plan to provide successful, profitable growth in mid-market penetration as evidenced by growth in number of clients and revenues for BB |
