International Payment Supervisor

Professional qualifications:

· University Degree (Economics);
· Very good knowledge of NBR rules regarding the FCY transactions
· Computer skills,
· Very good English knowledge,

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Communication skills, well organized, able to meet tight deadlines
· Ability to deal with people: patience, calm, diplomacy
· Team worker
· Problem solver.

Key responsibilities:

· Processing and authorisation outgoing payments;
· Processing and authorisation incoming payments;
· Receive and check the international payment forms to be in
compliance with Group Audit
· Recommendation and US sanction legislation;
· Introducing the data for the incoming and outgoing forms in the
external payments balance application,
· NBR reporting as per regulations in place;
· Preparing the reconciliation of payments received against payments
processed;
· Preparing monthly report for management regarding the number of
outstanding;
· Processing and authorisation commissions for payments with details
”our”;
· Processing and notifies TBO nostro projection-daily (both for
incoming and outgoing);
· Notifies to the concerned parties the rejected payments;
· Provide training for all staff when changing regulations as well as
for each new staff;
· Any other activities requested by Head of Department;
