| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Analytical skills, strong customer focus, result oriented, competitive, used to perform under stress, strong presentation and negotiation skills, team player
• Treasury and derivatives knowledge and/or training is a plus
• Good contacts in Transylvania area
• Flexible, organised, goal driven

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate derivatives mandate within region covered: Sibiu, Brasov, Tg. Mures, Cluj
• Create awareness about ABN AMRO hedging capabilities
• Leverage local presence to acquire additional flow business
• Constantly deliver presentation about market developments, forecast, new products
• Create awareness about risks involved in company activities
• Cooperate closely with Relationship Bankers, Credit Officers, Branch Managers from all branches mentioned
• Assure deeper coverage within client and non-client base
• Keep very close contact with The Head of Derivative Sales&Marketing Bucharest to be aligned within general derivative mandate
