| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* High school diploma;
* At least 1-2 years customer care experience; bank experience would be a plus;
* Good knowledge of English, especially verbal (another foreign language would be a plus);
* Computer skills;
* Enthusiastic person, always willing to help and solve customer's issues;
* Problem solving and attention to details;
* Fast learner;
* Very good communication skills;
* Listening skills;
* Selling skills;
* Team player, adaptability, ability to work under pressure.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
* Helps clients to meet their own service expectations by anticipating questions and promptly be able to give the expected answer;
* Improve the way the bank services its customers;
* Provide support to new employees in Call Center for improving their professional knowledge’s in order to provide an excellent service to our customers.
