| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* University graduate or student in terminal/pre-terminal
year(Economics would be an advantage);
* Basic knowledge of banking operations;
* English proficiency;
* Computer skills (MS Office, I. Explorer, Basic knowledge of data transmission, communication & networking);
* Ability to deal with people: Patience, calm, diplomacy
* Team worker, problem solver. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Be the first point of contact for Corporate clients' daily servicing needs;
* Direct contact with clients over the phone/email/fax;
* Back up for Electronic Banking HelpDesk (first line support for software & hardware issues on Electronic Banking);
* Provide answers to all service requests(related to bank's products and services and clients' accounts and transactions), immediately where possible, and/or initiate investigation when a service request has been assigned, always maintaining a professional manner and an open line of communication with the client;
* Analyze and investigate client service requests, assess the urgency and sensitivity of inquiries and prioritize accordingly
* Ensure that all service requests (phone, emails, faxes or other channels) are handled and solved within the time lines agreed and the SLAs, either generic or client specific;
* Suggest enhancements that will improve clients efficiency;
* Ensuring a certain level of client satisfaction, and if possible, increasing this level of satisfaction. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
