• University Degree
Job requirements:
• Work experience in one of the Big 4 would be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Strong organization and administration skills
• Computer literacy (MS Environment)
• English proficient knowledge
• Enthusiasm and energy, team player
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
• Support and assist the Manager BP&Ain delivering her performance contract
• Keeping the Manager BP&A's agenda updated and arrange for all meetings to attend
• Keep correspondence (incoming and outgoing) record. Short translations where is needed
• Preparing and taking minutes for BP&A Meetings (BP&A Monthly Review, Pricing Committtee etc)
• Preparing different kind of written documents
• Organize travel and accomodation for the Manager BP&Aand BP&A guests
• Preparing visa obtention files for Manager BP&A and the official guests of the department. Contact local and foreign authorities and collaborators in the process.
• Assistance when required to BP&A team and some areas within Shared Services (HR, IT, Legal and Compliance)
• Manually data entry activities/other specific secetarial tasks (photocopy, telephone answering and transfer, documents drafting, file management etc)
• Organise protocol related tasks
