| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Professional qualifications:
- University degree, preferable in Economics
- Post university studies would be a plus
Job requirements:
· According to the requirements of Romanian Banking law for senior positions
· Preferably work experience in a similar position with a Romanian bank
· Excellent selling and managerial skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good knowledge of English language
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
· To maximize the revenues for the bank generated by the CPO with a special emphasis on Work Capital products
· To ensure that all activities of the CPO are conducted according to AA Romania policies and procedures as well as according to Romanian legal framework for banking institutions
· To represent ABN AMRO in the local/regional market and to the local authorities
· To ensure proper management of bank's resources including human resources
