• University degree
• English knowledge
Job requirements:
• Experience in product management
• Financial services industry experience a plus, not required
• ATM product experience not required; but desirable
• Ability to think strategically and manage the details of a program
• Ability to analyze market and product data and recommend enhancements to existing products or creation of new products
• Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results in a matrix organization
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• High energy, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to perform under pressure within tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the ATM product and marketing strategy for the bank -- developing new ATM-based features and services.
• Responsible for leading ATM strategy, identifying product enhancements and innovations, developing business cases to secure the investment in your initiatives, and prioritizing the projects against the bank's objectives.
• Define business requirements and the user experience and work with development teams to build and deploy the projects.
• Participate throughout the project management cycle, from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate the product strategy, impact on customer behavior, and competitive assessment.
• Identify communications, training, sales and marketing strategies in support of new products or product enhancements.
