RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job requirements
· Preparing and taking minutes for Cards Business Meetings
· Preparing different kind of written documents
· Good knowledge of PC ( Excel, PowerPoint , Word )
Key responsibilities
· Support and assist the Head of Credit Cards in delivering his performance contract
· Keeping the Head of Credit Card’s agenda updated and arrange for all meetings to attend
· Keep correspondence (incoming and outgoing) record. Short translations where is needed
· Organize travel and accommodation for the Head of Credit Cards and Credit Cards Department guests
· Keeping Head of Credit Cards expense travel evidence
· Preparing visa obtention files for Head of Credit Cards and the official guests of the department. Contact local and foreign authorities and collaborators in the process.
· Assistance when required to Shared services ( HR, IT, Legal and Compliance)
· Schedule Head of Credit card’s agenda for local and abroad visits throughout the year
· Assist in organizing protocol events
Assist in co-ordinate customer complaints |
