Professional qualifications
• University degree
Job requirements
• Experience in managing and leading people & teams, at least 1 year
* 3-5 years experience in coordinating sales activity
• English proficiency (another language would be a plus)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills
* Driving license
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Direct Sales Executives are met or exceeded.
- Involved in recruiting, hiring and training of sales executives and ensures benchmarked productivity levels.
- Ensures sales call quality levels.
- Ensures that all sales executives have the proper sales tools and marketing materials necessary to execute unit and individual Sales Plan
- Provides open and honest feedback to senior Management and Marketing Products Management about targeted customer segments.
- Manages a daily activity reporting for sales Executives and ensures all daily activity is aligned with sales objectives
- Manages the daily forecasting process that allows senior management instant feedback on sales for any given month.
