| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Professional qualifications:
• University Degree
Job requirements:
• Experience in managing and leading people & teams, at least 1 year
* 3-5 years experience in coordinating sales activity
• English proficiency (another language would be a plus)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills
* Driving license

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
• Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Direct Sales Executives are met or exceeded.
• Involved in recruiting, hiring and training of sales executives and ensures benchmarked productivity levels.
• Ensures sales call quality levels.
