CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical trials experience including monitoring
• Life Science Degree. Previous trainer experience preferable
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Advanced skills across all of the Microsoft package

Training Manager

The Training Manager is responsible for preparation and provision of clinical operations trainings according to the company training matrix; coaching Clinical Operations Managers in their mentoring activity; committing to development of productivity measuring tool and assisting in the increasing of work efficiency by identifying areas requiring improvement.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Travel in Central and Eastern Europe required.
