In-house Lawyer

Requirements:
• Law qualification and 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Microsoft office proficiency and excellent English
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies would be a plus

For our Bucharest office we are looking for highly motivated candidates for the position of In-house Lawyer.
This person will be representing AbCRO Inc in all legal related issues and insuring the smooth running of AbCRO's legal office functions. Will be preparing and revising business contracts with vendors and clients both in English and Romanian, drawing up legal documents regarding project-related, administrative and HR issues. The incumbent may advise AbCRO's management staff in all legal issues concerning transactions of business involving internal affairs and corporate relations with general public.
