For our Bucharest office we are looking for highly motivated candidates for the position of HR Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the administration within the HR department and assist the HR Manager in any given task.
Key areas:
Maintaining training records of the staff, administration for starters and leavers, personnel administration, administration of company benefits, labor safety and various HR tasks as required.
A strong level of confidentiality is required for this role.
