Financial Associate

Requirements:
* Excellent English
* Strong educational background in Accounting, Finance with 2 – 3 years of relevant accounting or billing, and cash management experience
* Advanced skills across all of the Microsoft packages and familiarity with accounting software
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and ability to multi-task
* Clear communication skills and ability to work in a large team

For our Bucharest office we are looking for highly motivated candidates for the position of Financial Associate. This person will be responsible for monitoring, controling, and maintaining financial activity of accounts, preparation of financial budgets, reports and analyses, as well as maintenance of daily cash and bank operations. S/he will be reviewing all accounting data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to company requirements and regulations. In addition s/he will be preparing standardized and specialized financial reports in order to participate in billing process of reimbursable expenses. This person may perform clerical functions incidental to accounting activities as required.
